  • We train all of our Assistants on GDPR principles and have an extensive data privacy policy which is part of your agreement with Tickboxer. You are in control of how we work for you. Some of our clients choose to allow access to an internal system via a VPN and others choose to communicate mainly by email or WhatsApp and share documents on a cloud based drive or productivity software. Our Assistants can use a business email via your own email provider or use their Tickboxer email address. Whatever you’re most comfortable with. Any passwords or payment details we hold are held in an encrypted password vault so you can rest assured your personal data is always secure.
